Footage captured on Friday depicted detonations and casualties along a designated evacuation path in Gaza, as tens of thousands of individuals sought refuge elsewhere, given the tightly packed living conditions in this enclave.
Humanitarian organizations are urgently asking for safe routes to be established to deliver much-needed assistance to Gaza. They're also raising concerns about hospitals in Gaza being flooded with injured patients and running out of essential medical supplies. Israel has blocked the entry of food, fuel, and medicine into Gaza, and the only route from Egypt was closed on Tuesday due to airstrikes near the border crossing.
